Recognized reproducible crashes during PVR playback, when showing the OSD info bar and selecting the "guide" or "channels" functionality.
Edit: a simple try to leave the OSD info bar with "exit" also causes a crash

Switching from Milhouse x86 build #401 to #402 solved this problem!
