I hope somebody will be able to assist.

We installed Kodi 16.1 to our lounge pc. Which is running Windows 7
Everything is working perfect except for video playback. When playing videos we have sound but flashing colours, which means na video.

I looked thru most of the posts related to this issue.
I did change the rendering to software.
I did disable the DXVA2 setting.
I did check that Directx 11 is installed on the pc.

Please help with anything else which can be checked.

Are your graphics card video drivers up to date?
