What movie? What is the Source? Is it Local? is it Network?, is it an add-on? Which addon?
Is it just the one movie? Is it all movies?

No, that won't be any good. You will need to Enable debugging. Best way is to 1. enable debugging in settings. 2. Restart Kodi. 3. Reproduce the problem. 4. Send the debug log.
You will know debugging is on because you will have "counters" on your screen which remain until you turn off debugging. If you don't do this, the debug log will be next to useless.

I play a movie (2.5 hour)
And it did not happen
