Yes, generally at first I scrape with tMM after with Kodi.

Tried your movie.nfo - Kodi displays everything correct.

Maybe delete your Kodi source and try it again with local scraper?

That would last some or many hours or so, so I rather would avoid this. I let Kodi clean up the library without success and update the library.
