This is a primarily english forum so majority of the population will not understand what the article is saying
I'll try to give a short summary (i'm not a legal person however) ; the european court has ruled that one on the parties with in the netherlands (who was selling those pre-installed boxes) had indeed violated copyright etc. It also stated that someone who is advertising with sentences like 'no need to go the cinema anymore' or 'viewing everything you want without paying for subscriptions' knows exactly what he was doing. Futhermore, by selling those boxes they are making a profit which also meant.... someting (sorry, i really hope a english translation will be available shortly b-> and already provided by wrxtasy).
