I am trying to figure out how to remove these sections from showing up under Movies and TV Shows.

I want to keep the top row categories like Genres, but I want to delete the bottom Genres section. It sounds a bit confusing so I took a screenshot and highlighted what I want to remove.

It doesnt seem to be an option in the settings, so I assume Id have to edit an xml somewhere, I just dont know which xml file or where to find it.
