I like to do close-ups in instagram. Very often I take photos processed on the computer and send them to my smartphone in order to make a post in the instagram. Can eat a program that will allow me to do publications directly from my Mac?

I presume you can login instagram on your mac and if you can do that try using an app called Gramblr. This app allows you to upload images directly saved on your system.
