Kore to start my Box tv

Hello,

I installed Kodi on my android TV box and I put a Launcher. My only problem is that before I can use Kore as a remote control in Kodi, I have to start my Box TV. I tried to start my TV box with Kore, but impossible. Is there a way to do this so that I can only use Kore as a remote control and remove the remote from my Box TV?

The box you are controlling has to be on for Kore to work as Kore works over the network.

Wake on lan is available in Kore. You could try that.

Or just leave the machine on, it probably doesn't use much power

Hit the three vertical dots next to the Kodi machine you wish to wake up, in the list of Kodi clients.
