If Insee half a episode of an mkv file, next time i enter it i ger the option of resume from xxxxxx. if i press thath kodi freeze and crash. if i select start from beginning all ok.

Can you provide a debug log. Instructions in my signature. Use Basic method.

Remember to Enable debugging, restart Kodi, then replicate the problem by trying to resume the mkv file.

It total freeze and exit after resume.
To play the video from the beginning works ok and scroll to same time.

this sounds releated to the issue that I've been having for a long time now. The issue is documented here: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=289533

As a patch you can disable dxva2 and resume should start working but depending on your hardware you might see a significant cpu usage increase.
