If you live on France, like it seems, you should put your display system setting to 50 Hz and adjust refresh rate ton on start/stop.
I have a similar system but with Vdr and everything is alllright

Can you make a recording?
Is the recording out of sync when played back through PVR interface?

I made this test.
I recorded TV with my DVBLink backend on Synology NAS (working with no problem with OE6/Kodi15 for years!)
When I play back this recording...
- using OSMC (on PI3) or VLC (on Linux, win10 or android tablet) I hear audio crackle (always at the same time in the recording)
- using Win10 media player: no crackle but there is a little delay between audio and video
- using my old OE6/Kodi15: no problem!!!
Really confusing!
I can make the same test with TVheadend running on pi if you want...

Same test with TVHeadend running on pi.
I recorded TV then played it on OSMC, VLC (Linux,Win10)...
There are still synchro problems (less audio glitchs but lots of frame drops!).
Any idea?

The problems seems to be solved with last update of Osmc including Kodi17.4!
