If I have a container with tv episodes from different shows how can I make a button ActivateWindow go to directory of the full episodes of that tv show?

Found this with the help of Container.FolderPath:
videodb://tvshows/titles/3/-1/?TVSHOWID=3
which will go straight to a tv episode season
But what are those numbers and how do i get this from a ListItem

Ahh man! I shouldn't be allowed to use a computer!
videodb://tvshows/titles/SHOWID#/SEASON#/
if season# is -1 it shows all seasons.
