You did not enable the Debugging mode. Could you please try again using these instructions. It is important that you insert that bit of code.

But I do notice you are using v18. Is there a reason you have installed this version? This version is still in development, and is nowhere near ready for daily, reliable use. It is mainly used by the testers in the community.

I strongly suggest you remove v18 and install v17.3 which can be downloaded here... https://kodi.tv/download/849

removed 18 and installed 17.3 so i dont know why its saying 18. I installed it from kodi website

Have a look at CinemaVision instead of Cinema Experience, looking over the log, it's apparent you have many add-ons and I suspect a few or their dependencies haven't made the grade to the latest Kodi. The real test of your hardware would be to run in portable mode, from a local source http://kodi.wiki/view/Windows_FAQ#Portable and see if windows 10 and Kodi 17.3 can co-exisit on your equipment. If that fails, another debug log of the portable install will be telling. I suspect it will work 100%, then with that as your working install, bring over some of your attribuites and add-ons one at a time looking for the offender (suspect: Cinema Experience) and in no time we'll have the culprit under wraps.

So it's not just me huh?

I was hoping, waiting for a .3 release to avoid this kind of stuff.
My 15.2 was working flawlessly for years and some kind of idiot auto update pulled down a damaged library scanner and the install became broken.

Not enjoying my time with 17 so far :/
