I have already scrapped my library entirely and now i want scrap only movies with missing ratings and actors pictures. Is there a way to scrap only the information i need.

no, not yet.
But you can sort for ratings/images, and mark all the movies for a scrape (and just tick the checkboxes you want scrape)
