Kodi 17.3 in 64 Bit not 32 Bit

I find that a 32 bit program can work on a 64 bit machine but the other way around will not work. Using the 32 bit is fine as you wait for the 64 bit to be fully developed instead of using a trial stage that may have issues.

For clarity, when you say 'broken on all platforms' you mean just for v18, right?
