I have enabled 'Show plot for unwatched items' in settings>media>videos but when i select tv show episode it shows only image from the episode but not a plot.

The skin is Confluence and the source is TVDB.

And the Source. Is it on your local HDD or NAS, or streaming. If streaming, which add-on

Also what view are you using in Confluence.

Video files are on my hard disk. Using 'List' view.

Plot isn't shown on that view type; you need to switch to one of the media info views.
