Hi all,

I am new to Kodi and Next PVR currently have it set up and testing with my wife

I have run some TV shows to record each episode however my local disk is quickly filling up.

Coming from WMC it was able to delete the oldest episodes (some basic retention policy)

Is there a way for Next PVR or Kodi to do this? can this be configured globally or is it per recording?

That's controlled by NextPVR. When you setup a recurring recording you can tell it how many episodes of a show to keep. There is no global setting for that (as far as I can remember), andI'm pretty sure there is no sense of a smart delete (where it would automatically delete the oldest recordings when space gets low).
