Alpha Daily Github x64 builds
Let's see which comes out first: the next version of EMM or the next Game of Thrones book.  Big Grin
Hey guys it's been awhile since visiting this forum. EMM has been running great for me until now where I'm having an issue with one episode:
"Good Witch s05e06 - The Road Trip (1080p web h264 DD+ 5.1 subs).mkv"

Here's a screen shot of the folder contents. I don't see why this file is different then the others and it's not correct because it plays fine.
Image

Here is the Log File.

I'm using "Ember Media Manager BETA 1.4.90 2018-03-15 alpha.git.a7c2765.x86.exe"

The most recent beta build I can find is "Ember Media Manager BETA 1.4.90 2018-02-01 alpha.git.0a789f7.exe", which is older then mine.
HTPC: Dell Optiplex 7050 SFF i7-7700 quad-core, 3.6GHz, 16GB
NAS: Synology DS1813+ and DX513, Hybrid RAID (SHR) 48TB usable space

Anyone have an idea why that episode isn't being scrapped?

I've just tested it on "Ember Media Manager BETA 1.4.90-alpha.git.99933648.exe" from last December (from the first post in this thread) and it appears to work.

Thank you.

I just installed that build to a new folder. Then I copied the "Ember Media Manager.exe.config" and "Ember Media Manager.xml" from existing install. I also copied the entire "C:\Program Files (x86)\Ember Media Manager BETA 2018-12\Profiles\Default" folder to new install.

However, I have the same problem. I can see the episodes with missing files being discovered (Added) in the status bar.

I then reinstalled the 2018-12 build into same folder as existing Ember. Once again, the same problem.

To clarify the following are the episodes that are not generating nfo, fanart or thumb files:
Good Witch s05e06 - The Road Trip (1080p web h264 DD+ 5.1 subs).mkv
Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee s11e04 - Ricky Gervais- China Maybe! Part 2 (WEBDL-720p x264 AAC 2.0 subs).mkv
Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee s11e05 - Matthew Broderick- These People That Do This Stuff. They Stink (WEBDL-720p x264 AAC 2.0 subs).mkv
Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee s11e06 - Jamie Foxx- You Got To Get The Alligator Sweat (WEBDL-720p x264 AAC 2.0 subs).mkv
Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee s11e06 - Jamie Foxx- You Got To Get The Alligator Sweat (WEBDL-720p x264 AAC 2.0 subs).mkv

These files are not need and maybe counterproductive. These files are only needed for the debugger while developing.
Please check the log after DB update and scraping to find out why the files are not been added or scraped.

Thank you Dan for replying.

1) removed the episodes with issues from folders
2) ran EMM TV Show update
3) deleted existing logs
4) added the episodes with issues back to folders
5) ran EMM TV Show update

This will give you a Fresh Log with only those episodes.

Here are 2 more that aren't scrapping:
Blood & Treasure s01e11 - Legacy of the Father (HDTV-720p x264 DD 5.1).mkv
Blood & Treasure s01e12 - The Revenge of Farouk (WEBDL-720p x264 DDP 5.1 subs).mkv

I can see that the folder has been scanned, but no new files has been found. The file names are ok, I've tested "Blood & Treasure s01e11 - Legacy of the Father (HDTV-720p x264 DD 5.1).mkv" and it has been added to my library.
The only thing I can imagine: the files are somewhere without assignment in the database available. Have you ever tried to clean the database? Actually, then should "removed" files are removed.
Alternatively you can open the * .emm file with "SQLite Browser" and look for it in the "files" table.

Thanks again for responding.

01) I deleted Blood & Treasure series from EMM
02) Cleaned DB in EMM
03) Cleared Cache
04) Opened MyVideo46.emm in "SQLite Browser"
05) Confirmed Blood & Treasure didn't exist in table "tvshow"
06) Did a Compact Database
07) Did an Integrity Check
08) Updated TV Shows in EMM
09) Still had missing episodes

The only way I was able to get the missing episodes scrapped was to (Re)Scrape Show for each one that had missing episodes.

Is there any more updates/releases?
The last one on google drive is Dec 2018 (Ember Media Manager BETA 1.4.90-alpha.git.99933648.exe)

Also can you put the build number in help>versions?
It will make it easier for us to see what build number we are running...

Having a problem now with both:
Suits s09e05 - If the Shoe Fits (HDTV-720p x264 DD 5.1).mkv
Elementary s07e13 - Their Last Bow (WEBDL-720p x264 DDP 5.1 subs).mkv

It's adding but not scraping them when I do "Update TV Shows only". For instance, it just says "Suits s09e05" for the Title with no nfo, -fanart, or -thumb files generated.

If I do "(Re)Scrap Show" then I get "The remote server returned an error: (503) server unavailable"

I opened MyVideos46.emm in SQLite:
SELECT idShow, idFile, Season, Episode, Title, Aired, strIMDB, strTVDB FROM Episode WHERE idShow="319" ORDER BY Season, Episode

Query Results

I then deleted only the Suits episode idFile 17453 from the Episode table, Compact Database, Save DB.
Copied the emm back to Profiles folder
It's still adding but not scraping them when I do "Update TV Shows only".
However, now if I do "(Re)Scrap Show" then I get "The remote server returned an error: (522) Origin Connection Time-out"

Here's the EMM log

Here's the relavent log entries for Suits episode:
