Adding DVD's to Kodi
#1
I am adding DVD's to Kodi with an external hard drive. After adding them I get a message saying "this file is no longer available would you like to remove it from your library?" What am I doing wrong?
Thank you.

What do you mean by adding? In order for Kodi to be able to use the DVD, the source (external hard drive) needs to be available otherwise it can not play. So normally you would add a source via Video -> files -> add source (in this case the path to your hard drive). Select the content and have Kodi scrape it for additional arts etc. When you want to watch the movie, the hard drive needs to be connected otherwise Kodi can't find it.

Also tell us what hardware and operating system you are running Kodi on.
