The update says "cmik 1.4.1". So it is 1.4.1 in the repo not 1.4.0.  

I just tried installing it again through cmik repo and the version it says tfc.tv -------- cmik-1.4.1

It may be Kodi’s cache. Can you try to restart your Kodi and try again?

I restarted the android box and run kodi 18 then tried to install it through cmik repo and it is still  cmik-1.4.1

I restarted the android box and run kodi 18 then tried to install it through cmik repo and it is still  cmik-1.4.1 

Finally it did show 1.4.0. I uninstalled the repository then restarted the kodi then installed the repository and voila cmik-1.4.0. thank you.

AS per cmik announcement for version 1.4.0, kodi version 18+ is needed. Make sure the update version is 1.4.0 not 1.4.1.

That's why cmik and I were doing the debugging, because when I update it through the repository it says 1.4.1, but in the repo it is 1.4.0. The problem was the cache of KODI. For other who have the same issue as mine, uninstall the cmik repository restart kodi, then install the cmik repo again and install/update the tfc addon.

I think next will be to make a check service for new episodes and shows (that update the database as well). So search engine and loading my list latest episodes can be faster.

Learning at school is a must but no need to do too much years. Experience is the key and also by loving what you do. I’m still a beginner in Python (don’t have much time to dig more) but knowing some programming languages helps a lot.

Is it the message "x episode(s) of show added to library" which can appear during a playback?
