Linux rasnas 4.8.0-56-generic #61-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jun 14 08:15:42 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Not really seeing the issue, the log does not tell me anything useful for the moment. I even tried from a clean data dir and it still crashes

Crashes deep down in the intel drivers - nothing we can do about that.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

Any clue how I can fix it? Or could it be a hardware problem?

Nope - it's a SW issue. Can you try LibreELEC?

Allright, I'll go for a full reinstall later on, I must have messed something up with intel drivers I guess.

I used LibreELEC before but I use my NUC for more then just running Kodi so that wont really work

Thanks for the help,

Intel driver are deprecated in favor of modesetting, you could try and switch.

who said that? Just because some distros think it's easier to use modesetting?
