Not currently no, but there is already an addon request thread for one to be made if an add-on developer has the time and inclination (and if it's possible of course).

Not strictly true, as both Amazon and Netflix can be accessed using the PlayOn Browser addon.
Only downside is Playon has a monthly, yearly or lifetime subscription cost.
I don't have an Amaazon subscription, but can confirm that Netflix works well using this method in Kodi.
