Solved Kodi has stopped working

Installed 17.3 and before opening screen received "Kodi has stopped working" and "Close program." Tried fresh install ... no change.

Windows 10.

I checked the Addon27.db error. Addon27 is 72Kb not zero.

Desktop Resolution: 3840x2160 32Bit at 60Hz
Try adjusting your graphics settings to 1920x1080 and see if it starts.
