Attempting to do a fresh install of KODI on a Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit Acer laptop and upon running the 17.3 install, I get a Window error message that I need a Platform KB2670838 update/upgrade and upon closing that dialog message box the MS web page for that update automatically opens. So far so good.
Then selecting either: [tried both]
Windows6.1-KB2670838-x64.msu
or
Windows6.1-KB2670838-x86.msu both fail to install as they are not compatible with this computer. Don't you just love MS?
So at this point, I cannot install KODI.
