Im not able to play Movies in Surround Sound.... Is there an add-on for streaming movies which plays surround sound?

It depends on what you're talking about. If you're talking about your own media that has surround sound, that's on your own file server, or other local disk, Kodi's built-in player will play it just fine with surround. I've got no problem doing this at all.
If you're talking about streaming "free movies" over the internet via dubious sources, well, I'm afraid you get what you pay for.
