Hi All, I have an android box and have attached a 3tb hard drive to it. I have setup in Kodi where my hard drive is but it won't scrape info for my movies and tv shows that on the hard drive?!
I can play the movies in file mode but won't download the info, am I doing something wrong?
Any suggestions?

Helps, but only a little bit. You didn't give me any details on movies, or tv shows, or directory structure as I asked.
Best to provide the debug log as well.

None of those appear in the log? And you can only access the log if your remove the plain from the end of the URL.

Hi all, thanks for the responses. All my movies are in one big folder. I use a duplicate hard drive on Mac OS and on Windows and all works fine. I'm absolutely stumped as I've tried different skins etc.
Perhaps I'm just not meant to be able to scrape info on my media on an android box?
I appreciate all the help!

Yet again, thanks for all the help. I've been using Kodi for many years, ever since it was known as XBMC. I run it on my Mac and sometimes on my media pc in another room. My current problem is with my Android TV box and scraping. I am aware of the naming and directory structure and all the movies and tv shows I currently have on all my other systems works just fine. It is since I've started using this Android TV box that it simply refuses to scrape, no matter what I do.
I've uninstalled it and re-installed it, I've changed the skins, I've formatted the hard drive to and from fat32 to ntfs and re-copied all my media back.
So to be honest I'm at a loss for words as to what is going on.

What versions of tmdb scraper is installed?
Specifically metadata.themoviedb.org and metadata.common.themoviedb.org
