How can I register this scraper to KODI's support scraper repository?

This is 800,000 over JAV Movie Metadata service. Title, Poster, Fanart, Desc, Studio, Agency, Series, Genre, Acter, Director, Etc...

and now on service,

but, I can't understand register KODI scraper from repository.
