Solved Kodi 17 Not displaying TMDB info only local items
#1
I just upgraded Kodi from 16 to 17 (looks fantastic BTW). I believe most of addons kept, however, when I click on a cast member, I used to have two options : "List Local Items" and "Search TMDB for items". Which would show me all movies this person had been in. I then had the option to add them to my couchpotato wanted list, which worked fantastically. Now, however, all that is being displayed when I click an actor is my local library items. Is there something I need to turn on to re-enable this option to search for TMDB known works with a particular cast member like I could before?

Do you have the Extended Info script installed ? https://kodi.tv/addon/program-add-ons-sc...nfo-script

Yes. It just needed to be updated. BTW for anyone thinking about installing the extended info script or couchpotato addon, they both look gorgeous and work great in 17! It's a great way of easily adding movies via remote control via actor, director, etc. All I wish is that the Sonarr addon worked the same way. But this can be marked as solved.
