Hi,

I set "instant email notification" for thread subscription.

In the mail, there is:

There may also be other replies to this thread but you will not receive anymore notifications until you visit the board again.

But even if I don't visit the board at all after that mail, I keep getting emails for that same thread. Not for every new post but enough to over populate my mail inbox of unnecessary messages since I get the info in the first mail that the thread had new posts.

For instance, yesterday, the 27, the thread had 15 new posts and I get 5 emails notification for it.

Could you fix it, please?

1. Filter your email so it doesn't fill your inbox.

2. This is not my experience. I usually only get one email until I visit again.

Could you try to subscribe to the given thread for a few days to test if you can reproduce this issue ? Actually, I just experienced this issue for this thread for now but I had not lot of other subscription, so hart to tell if is related only to some thread.

I confirm it continues today. It seems that I get new email for each new post for the given thread.

since that is another option, i'd check whether you didn't accidentaly set it.
Try going to your settings here: https://forum.kodi.tv/usercp.php?action=subscriptions and remove the subscription.
