1. Added back in-page links for youtube.com
version 4.0:
1. I have moved the "Play Now" and "Add to Queue" to context menu.
2. There is experimental support for facebook, twitch, vimeo and other generic videos

Send YouTube content to XBMC media center. "Play Now" and "Add to Queue" links are placed in all youtube context menu, which can be played directly from home page.
Features:
1. "Play Now" and "Add to Queue" links are placed conveniently in the context menu.
2. Performs connection test when host is configured.
3. Supports playlist.
