So i like to add images to the sides of kodi which is easy to do by replacing the side_fade.png files in the media folder, then playing around with sizes in the home.xml folder, But i would like to push this a little farther and run a gif file is it possible to do? have side_fade.gif?

Also i noticed the files are compacted, which i unpack then pack again. Is there any other folders i could benefit from doing this to?
