Agreed keep it simple for the folder names since I imagine not many people will have more than 10 artists that match exactly the name of a different artist, then put any detail such as the disambiguation from Musicbrainz into the artist.nfo file. While try to make it easy for a user to see at a glance is admirable, to me however it's done would just end up complicating folder names too much, we generate nfo's so users to use them.
