I have a windows 7 PC with nextpvr v4.0.4 installed. Using the nextpvr frontend on the same PC I am able to play live TV ok. Kodi is on my Android TV. When I try to play live TV i usually get a couple of seconds of playback then an error "tuner no longer available". However, using Kodi I am able to play recorded TV files from nextpvr without any problem.

I have provided logs for kodi and nextpvr below for sequence of events as follows:

14:27 Started nextpvr service on Windows PC
14:28 Started kodi and waited for PVR client to load data from nextpvr
14:30 Kodi log starts from here
14:30 Browsed EPG in Kodi and attempted to play live TV on TV1 channel - nothing seemed to happen
14:32 Browsed EPG in Kodi and attempted to play live TV on Prime channel. Playback started and after a couple of seconds I got an error "tuner is no longer available'

The windows pc has firewall disabled. The windows PC is 192.168.1.66. Kodi is v17.3 Krypton. I have tried enable/disable of timeshift option in the nextpvr plugin but it makes no difference.

If I disable nextpvr and use mediaportal server on the same PC with same kodi frontend I can view live TV ok.

With nextpvr, I can view recorded tv no problem - it is only giving these errors trying to watch live TV.

If anyone can help troubleshoot I would really appreciate it

Can zip and post your NextPVR logs directory? ie, I need to see web.log and nrecord.log at the time of the problem.
