I face a problem with my kodi. I did every setting in order to watch ip tv. I entered the url, did the settings but when I try to watch the channels nothing happens, I click on every channel but nothing shows. I use an android tv box and the latest version of Kodi. Please help.

I really do not see how we can help you:
You do not tell us the source of your IPTV channels.
Latest version of kodi means nothing.
You provide no debug log (wiki).
