Recently purchased an Apple TV 4 with kodi 17.0. Want to upgrade the kodi to 17.3 hopefully with out loosing my add one. I have a windows computer and do not have the origianal build obviously. How do I upgrade kodi on my Apple TV 4

If you want to do that you will have to sign the kodi installation yourself. Usually with a free developer account you have to redo the signing every 7 days. I guess your seller signed the installed Kodi 17.0 with a developer cert which lasts 1 year.
I think you got scammed...

How would I have gotten scammed? My kodi still works perfectly fine just want to get the newest version.
