Win X64 refresh rate change causes video to freeze
#1
HI All

the latest nightlies and up to about 2 weeks ago for windows 64bit doesn't show the video unless i hit alt tab or something, the audio runs fine and this only happens when i have change refresh rate set to on start/stop. Afedchin i believe fixed it but wondering if the 32bit tag on his fix stops it merging with 64bit or if there is another problem, his fix https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/12594

older log but issue was still there last night on the latest nightly https://pastebin.com/7mYqA9y5

thanks all

i need to test more but looks like Intel's wdm 2.2 drivers break Kodi (although these drivers are pants anyways no HDr toggle), i had to go back to a non insider version of windows as all mine seem to install the wdm 2.2 as default and once there no older driver seems to work until a clean install
