Since Kodi 17, it's not possible to remove plugins (all PVR,WMA..all encoder)..
Possible to make light Kodi edition or install plugins as demand only?

and option to clean temp Kodi folder on Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/addons/packages (for example) not checked with v18, but see in this folder all previous packages updates

the mentioned add-ons are binary add-ons and are currently bundled with Kodi, as there is no other way to install these. As soon as we will have support for binary add-on in our add-on system via repositories, these binary add-ons will be removed.
