HI ,
I have installed Openelec on my HTPC and i can't install any addon.
Loading film information from IMDB an change of Location in the weather service also don't work .
Hope for Hints and Help!

Which addons were you planning to install?
Try enabling the 'Wait for network' option to ensure internet access after Kodi has loaded.

I still would guess your HTPC isn´t online.
Are you able to ping it from another PC on the same network? How is it connected? Wired or WiFi?

I recommend a switch to libreelec, openelec is pretty dead.

The log in #1 isn't useful.
Enable debug logging
Restart kodi
Try the things that aren't working
Paste the log to pastebin
