Hey

is there a Aeon Nox skin that works as 21:9 skin on Kodi 17 ?

If not , does anyone know about another skin working as 21:9 skin ?

The default Estuary skin is 21:9 compatible, as Aeon nox should be too.
I'm sure there are other skins too being 21:9 capable, but I haven't tried them all.

I use a 2nd monitor (21:9), and Estuary sees the aspect ratios and adjusts the skin accordingly when Kodi starts.
If that doesn't happen, a skin refresh command usually helps via remapped key in keymap.xml:

But how does Kodi know, that i have a 21:9 Screen ?

well not 21:9 screen , but a beamer that displays on a 21:9 screen

on a 2nd screen , you add the 21:9 already in the computer, or the computer knows. But if you have a Beamer, it can't know that you want to display 21:9 cause it displays 16:9 and the bars are not shown , or hidden due to the 21:9 projection screen

What do you use as a Kodi device?
Because Kodi cannot make up its own resolutions or aspect ratios.

If the beamer has no specific resolutions for 21:9 use, then the Kodi GUI will be displayed at 16:9 as per the beamer's output resolutions.

For 2.35:1 movies, you can use 'Vertical Shift' in the Kodi GUI settings, to move the video display up when playing a 21:9 movie. That is, if your Kodi device supports it.

Thats the "only" good 21:9 screen.

Most of the projectors are 16:9 if you have a 21:9 screen with such projector , theres only one skin good and thats scopenox
