I upgraded to 17 and Kodi is getting stuck on the App Migration. I don't know what to do I would like to not have to reinstall everything if possible. Hopefully this isn't a common thing with all Kodi updates.

Yes quite a few 3rd party add-ons didn't migrate well, you'll have to check in with individual forums to check the disposition of the app. I would just disable them all, or better still on a fresh Kodi re-install the add-ons with the latest from the repository.

I dont use many third party addons, but when upgrading i strongly prefer a clean install for this reason.
What better occasion to do that than a (version) upgrade.

Or just migrate and nuke anything that doesnt behave and install a compatible version.
Personally though i think that is like turning a mudbath into a shower.
