 with kodi closed:
delete all files inside the folder C:\Users\Utente\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\cdm
delete (or rename) favourites.pickle from C:\Users\Utente\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata\addon_data\plugin.video.timvision
delete all files inside inside the folder C:\Users\pinoe\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata\addon_data\script.module.inputstreamhelper\cdm
restart kodi and check that inputstream.adaptive is enabled

it means you haven't installed Widevine.

When the addon asks to install widevine you have to install it

and accept the widewine cdm eula

when I installed your addon did not ask me to install widevine can I install it now after putting the addon?

I installed widevinecdm manually, as indicated by your older post, but I always have the same problem, both by putting the 32 bit version and 64bit version of widevine.

Dear Pino,
  I was using your addon on my Raspberry pi2 with OSMC (Kodi 17.6) until late july 2018 with no issue, then I closed the option.
I activated it today but it can't play titles, I updated OSMC (2018.8-2) but still I have an error playig titles (pls look at log).
It works fine on windows 10 and kodi 18 alfa 2.

@castoroyl I can't give you a correct answer, but i have seen there are problems with amazon devices. try to keep kodi updated to the last version and check if it starts to work again (you can find daily build here: Kodi Daily Nightly)
