then select "Milhouse-9.0" as the Update Channel (or "Milhouse-8.0" for builds before #0202).

At the moment i am manually updating with wget, I just really can't see where I'm supposed to enter this URL... there doesnt seem to be a space for it in the settings or the libreElec add-on

Am i missing something? Do i have the wrong add-on version

Thankyou, i had it set to auto which blocks out much of that stuff, it doesn't seem overly obvious that it will appear when we change to manual. I would suggest these options would be better grayed out rather than missing.
