#1
Hi,

well in TinyMediaManager is only a http link to the kodi page with all the animated Posters you all uploaded.
But i am searching for a how to
so that TMM can do it by its own?
Or is that not possible?

Are we talking about the animated movie posters?! https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=215727

This kinda works now in TMM;
At least, in the image chooser dialog (where you see all the images).
Due to the size (or not beeing able to get the original size) the animated ones are mostly down the page.
But they have a green surrounding, so you should see them pretty easy Wink
(eg test with tt0062622)

well ive looked after some images in some scraped films (for example Guardians of the galaxy 1 and 2 but i didnt find there some animated ones (images with a green surrounding) in artwork under the film details...
ive activated animated posters 1.0 in artworks in the Tinymediamanager Settings (movies)

I am pretty sure that there are some animated posters for the two films i mentioned above.
Might there be any mistake i made in the settings?

Hi again @Sweetbeat,

You got me curious so I thought I would have a look at how TMM does it. Myron is correct. They are at the bottom of the list and they are in green and it takes a few minutes for all the artwork to load to the end.

It took me a few tries to find a movie with animated artwork, but found it in Batman Begins. See this image... https://ibb.co/jYMpuQ

I normally just apply the animated artwork manually as described in those wiki pages I pointed out. Hope they helped. Smile

Hmm i dont undrsrand that. Will tmm load them automatically or Do i need to download them from somewhere else and put them in the folders wehre the Film lies?
Ive deleted all images to test it if TMM load them automatically when it is marked in the settings under the Film options.
But After rescrapping the Films no animated images were downloaded.

So maybe i am too stupid for this.
;(

You just need to be a little patient until all posters get downloaded. Or this would be easy. Tick "Animated Posters" alone and untick all other providers in image settings. Then Choose Poster window will immediately show animated images in green borders. But as myron said, the animation is only visible in Choose Poster window with tmm.
