So I've been having this issue since Kodi 17 was in beta.

I select a channel/stream and it starts playing fine and then after a few seconds it rewinds to the beginning of when the stream started and continues to play normally.

I've tried to make a video showing the issue.

it's hard to tell that it restarts but if you watch it carefuly you will see it.
I also continued selecting other channels and you can see it happening there too.

So when I select that channel around 44 seconds its the same as log timestamp 21:31:30.098

I hope somebody can look into this

Did you ever find a solution to this? I went from 16.1 to 17.3 about a month ago and noticed it, and reverted back. Gave 17.4 a shot tonight, and same thing. Not the end of the world, but certainly annoying. Here's a video showing it on my end: http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=331pobr&s=9

Edit: This came up in a Google search and didn't realize it was a specific IPTV forum. I think it's a Kodi error and not a PVR / Live TV service error.

Same issue here. I think there may be a default time for buffer size with stalker middle aware and Kodi is playing the video while it’s buffering and restarting once the buffer fills. This is a guess as it’s about 1 second and that is the default stalker tv buffer size. Would be great to get this fixed very annoying.

Same issue I had also, I tested 18 was even worse. so back to 17.6 I went.
Im living with it. after 6 months of it, you get used to it Tongue
