When another video starts on the video playlist then channel number ALWAYS visible for 1-2 sec. How can i hide it? Thanks

ThanksI was about to post this same exact question, but I only want to hide it when a new video starts, not when the channel is changed. In other words, I'd like to keep the channel number display when switching channels, but not when a new video starts. It doesn't seem like PseudoTV (not PTVL) 2.4.5 for Kodi 17 has this problem.
