IMPORTANT:
The official Kodi version does not contain any content what so ever. This means that you should provide your own content from a local or remote storage location, DVD, Blu-Ray or any other media carrier that you own. Additionally Kodi allows you to install third-party plugins that may provide access to content that is freely available on the official content provider website. The watching or listening of illegal or pirated content which would otherwise need to be paid for is not endorsed or approved by Team Kodi.

Notice Kodi getting different ip range then the Chromebook? This is because ALL Android apps on Chromebooks run in a Sandbox. They do not have direct access to the Chromebook system. This really only effects the windows size and also any network shares that you may try to access. It also affects the mouse. I am running a Chromebook Plus also. Haven't had any problems with plug-ins. Am having a crash report generated on closing Kodi but that's nothing.

Thought about that just haven't got around to switching to developer mode yet.
