Dear Kodi Developers'

I was wondering if it would be possible to have an AUTOMATED UPGRADE built into Kodi versions so that whenever a new version is released the software automatically picks it up and asks if I would like to upgrade to the newer version instead of my having to go to the website and download the new version for installation separately?

Thanks for that suggestion, I'll move this post along to the Feature Requests area. I should note that windows store versions are updated as posted.

I've also changed the title from capitals, it's as if a user is shouting.

if at all this only makes sense on windows and OSX. All other platforms handle updates via package manager or app stores.
Given that kodi is also in the windows store, you get update management for free there as well.
