Stretch and Kodi 17.4 Crashing
#1
Hi I have a Pi3 running Stretch and kodi 17.4.
It is currently crashing frequently (usually when sat idle).
I have posted latest crash log here--> https://pastebin.com/64D4pR7u

I have updated multiple times update/upgrade/dist-upgrade and rpi-update

And its crashed again while typing this Sad
Error on command line is AccessInit: hash collision: 22 for both 1 and 1
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Crash report available at /home/........... etc

Anyone got any suggestions?

I have no immediate solution for your crash problems.
Just wondering:
* Do you really need a full Debian OS on your RPi3, because there are smaller and more stable alternatives.
* Who does your filenaming? It's a bit ... enthousiastic, to say the least Smile
Code:
/2 - TV/Nurse Jackie/Nurse Jackie Season 6/Nurse Jackie S06E12 720p HDTV x264 [MKV,AC3,5.1] Ehhhh/Nurse Jackie S06E12 - Flight - Ehhhh.mkv

Please post a debug log:
http://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file

The error seems related to python, can you disable the weather addon and test again?

"AccessInit: hash collision:" seems to be a python error, so I'd be thinking add-ons.

Can you try renaming .kodi (e.g. to .kodi_back) and starting kodi?
This will start with default settings and no add-ons. Does it crash when sat idle?

If not then set up your usual settings and sources. Still okay?
Only now install add-ons one at a time and check if problem occurs.
