In Log error is Storage miss for function "get_khan_data" with args "()" and kwargs "{}"

But I can see folder in userdata

It's best to contact the Khan Academy addon developer, and see what can be solved.
Also, you have not shared your kodi.log file.
Since we have no crystal ball, there is no way to tell what is going wrong.
