Cannot send private messages on forum. Can someone take a look?

Private messages can only be sent by users who have been members for a certain amount of time and have a certain amount of posts under their belt. It's an anti-spam feature.
Although you've been a member since 2014, you haven't contributed to the forum by posting very much. Once you have posts in the double figures you will be able to PM.
Please note: This is not a licence to start writing "junk posts" just to build up your post count. We will notice and take appropriate action.
In the mean time, if you have a legitimate support question then please ask it in a relevant sub-forum in a relevant existing thread or start your own in none exists.
