Hi, I can't install or update any Add-Ons from the offical repos.

The PC seems to have no other Internet access issues. Kodi can scrape media, download subs, update RSS, scrobble to Trakt and pretty much everything else. I have tried putting PC in DMZ, using a VPN, tried a different DNS and proxy with no change. My Macbook connected via WLAN does not have any issues with this. Kodi can install Add-Ons from ZIP as long as they have no dependencies or I can find those to download as well. I'm not sure how long the issue has been happening but it has been a while, I have tried a clean install as well.

I can browse to the mirrors via http in my browser with no problems.

The installation stops at 0%, and the CPU use goes upwards to around 60-70% before I kill kodi.bin.

My apologies, support forum faux pas. I couldn't install the Logfile Uploader via the GUI so I tried via the ZIP (couldn't get it to upload). Debug log posted below:

hmm, the mirror you got redirected to was/is down.
Although it should be automatically disabled by now.

Can you try again? As a workaround, select another mirror and download manually http://mirrors.kodi.tv/addons/krypton/sk...mirrorlist

Hi, thanks for your response. The problem seems to be a bit more intermittent than I suspected. I tried to install the Logfile Uploader which failed, then hit a few skins which seemed to work, then one that didn't. Looking through the log I can see which mirror has failed, but when I access the link via my browser it seems to be fine.

I can access all of the mirrors you have listed above via my browser.

I tried again to install the Nebula skin (just randomly selected) and I had the same issue so I can reproduce it:

When I copy and paste failed link to my browser (https://mirror.us.leaseweb.net/xbmc/addo...-5.0.0.zip) it hits it straight away and downloads it.
